Problem

After installation, the PACS server started. There was access to the web console. After rebooting, the PACS server does not start.
When the system starts, the PACS server service tries to start first, the PACS service depends on the DBMS service (for example, MySQL). If the DBMS service is inactive, then the PACS server cannot start

Solution

You must configure the service start dependency.
Windows: at the command prompt, enter the command

sc config PACSServer depend= MySQL
