Hotkeys !@#$%^&* doesn't work. Other hotkeys work.
The cause of the problem is the same as in the FAQ "Disappearance of menu labels (macOS 10.8-10.11).". This is a limitation of the QT5.7 framework that builds Inobitec DICOM Viewer for older versions of macOS (10.8-10.11)
In the Viewer version for macOS 10.12-10.15 this problem does not occur.
