Menu labels disappear (macOS 10.8-10.11)

Menu labels disappear, and do not appear until you hover over the menu item.
The cause of the problem is the same as in the FAQ "Hotkeys !@#$%^&* doesn't work (macOS 10.8-10.11)". This is a limitation of the QT5.7 framework that builds Inobitec DICOM Viewer for older versions of MacOs (10.8-10.11)
In the Viewer version for macOS 10.12-10.15 this problem does not occur.
