The Product Key is a unique device identifier to which the license (License Key) is bound. It may change in the following cases:
- Operating system reinstallation.
- Major operating system update.
- Hardware changes (components) of the device.
- Enabling/disabling certain network adapters.
¶ Solution and Recommendations
To resolve the issue, we recommend:
- Restore the network adapters’ status (enabled/disabled) to the state it was in before the Product Key issue occurred. After restarting the Viewer, the Product Key and License Key may be restored.
- Lock the network adapters’ status (enabled/disabled) and avoid changing it.
- Use the latest version of Inobitec DICOM Viewer.
- Contact technical support at support@inobitec.com and provide your License Key and current Product Key.
